They made my oldie bot goodie furniture look new again and saved me much money with the refurb to thwart the cost of buying new. The restored the back cushions as well to bring all up to standard. CCI was much more affordable than other companies I had researched and way easier than the DIY fixes. David and Kyrie were timely, professional, and efficient. CCI is a company that is true to their word. I called them and explained the issue with my loveseat. Based on the description I gave, I was told it could most likely be fixed in less than 30 mins and was given an appointment time of 8:30. Shane arrived at 8:25, was in the house working by 8:30, quickly completed the job, wrote up the invoice, and was on his way by 8:46. This is a company with amazing professionalism that doesn't just say what they think you want to hear; they deliver what they say. Thank you CCI!

CCI not only promptly communicated and address my needs, but they did a great job. I had some leather seats in my car driver's seat that showed signs of wear over time. In less than 48 hours, a service tech showed up and restored my seat to factory new quality in just a couple of hours. After years of looking at my worn/torn recliner footrest, I decided to give Creative Colors a try. What a great decision! Shane came out on a Tuesday morning and removed it to be reupholstered at the shop. He told us that it should take about a week. The following Monday afternoon, he returned with the finished product. It was amazing! They had matched the color perfectly and it liked like it had always been there when he finished. I cannot be more pleased. If there were more than five stars to award, I would. The price and service were both outstanding.

Jeff Boyer did an outstanding job with his detailed quote and he was very good about letting us know when there was a problem with the recliner. We had an unusual red color recliner and couches so it was a little bit of a challenge to get everything to look perfect. We had issues with the backrest panel on the recliner but Jeff was consistently keeping us up to date. David and Shane were great with refurbishing the couches. They were very professional and made sure everything was clean when they were done. When they returned the recliner they didn't think it looked as shiny as the couches so they got all their equipment out and worked on it more. The 12 year old furniture looks brand new!!! We couldn't be happier.

I'm sorry it's taken me so long to get around to writing this review- time just seems to get away from me. Let me start with Jeff. He came to our home and gave us a quote to repair the torn cushion and to re-dye the cushions that had discolored. He was so nice, professional, and kept in constant communication at all hours!!! They picked up the torn cushion, repaired it, then showed up to re-dye and protect the rest of the sofa. David, Ken, and Sergio came to the house and completed the job within 2 hours! That's it! I shot a pic to my husband at work and he was blown away that was our sofa! These guys did such a wonderful job! Above all else, they were respectful and so unbelievably professional - "yes ma'am, no ma'am, thank you ma'am". WOW!!! I called back about 2-3 days later because of one missed spot on one cushion. The gentleman that came out looked at the whole sofa and said, "we need to touch up this one too." He went on to say, if you aren't happy, then we aren't happy and we mean it! I feel like what we paid was more than reasonable and got a quality job. I will use again and again!

David and Ken did a green leather chair repair that had significant damage from a dog. After the repair, they re-dyed the leather, added a conditioner, then added a protectant to repel spills. The final product was better than expected which returned a valuable piece of furniture for about 1/3 the cost of replacement. I highly recommend them.”
