“I’ve been in practice for about 50 years and so has my dental chair. It has certainly seen better days but the mechanism was still perfect. I didn’t want to invest in a new one so we started looking around for someone that could repair the damaged fabric and we were very disappointed. Most people flat out turned us down because the chair was too old. One person did come to look at it but his price was over the top. We were reluctant to try to get it repaired because we didn’t think it was possible based on this feedback. Then my wife saw an ad for Creative Colors International and we called Bob Fishman. He gave such a great first impression and we had a great encounter with him. He is sincere, professional and easy to deal with. He came in to look at the chair, gave his presentation and told us what he could do. He told us what we wanted to hear and the price was right. He had a color chart with materials to choose from and we went ahead and hired him. We are so delighted with the repair he did. Our patients tell us that the chair looks brand new and this repair shows my patients two things really - first that it’s just a beautiful job and second that I’m not giving up on my practice. It brought great moral around the office and we couldn’t be more pleased. The price was right and the timing was right. He needed just one day which is almost unheard of. We are closed on Wednesdays so he picked it up on Tuesday night and returned it on Thursday morning. I had NO downtime. The other vendor told us we would be out of practice for about a week. So I wanted you to know that we think very favorably about Bob Fishman and the way he handles his business. We are very grateful.”

Namely my 20 year old leather sofa I was about to throw out because it was so worn and dirty. So I called the company and they directed me to the nearest dealer, Bob Fishman from Somers. I live in South Salem. I spoke to him on a tuesday and he came on saturday. I cant say enough good things about him and his product. Hi William, I just wanted to thank you for referring me to Bob Fishman at Creative Color Intl. He did a great job of repairing two holes on the coach arm. A lot of things in our society are hidden in plain sight; and now the holes in my coach arm are part of that group. Of course you can see the holes if you go looking for them; but Bob’s work definitely fools the eye. I’ve never been aware of a service like Bob’s franchise; with an affordable solution for all kinds of damage to a wide variety of materials. Of course, as always, it’s Bob’s high quality craftsmanship that makes it work. I was so impressed with his work, that I asked him to send me a Creative Color marketing email, so that I could send the email, along with before and after pictures of the coach arm repair, to my kids and close friends. I don’t know anyone with a home and family who doesn’t have a real need for Bob’s repair service. As we discussed, I’m gonna live with the coach for a couple of weeks, and see if the need to replace the coach arm stays or goes. If you get a hard date on a delivery of the new coach arm, please let me know. Thanks again for going the extra step!
