I watched as Andrew worked on my Genesis sedan's stained leather seat. For this repair, he quoted the best price of the three local companies I had contacted. Andrew showed up exactly at the appointment time and worked out of his self-contained shop...a mobile van which he parked next to my car in my driveway. The stubborn stain on the passenger seat had resisted all my efforts to remove it, but Andrew tackled the job in an assured, professional, and artistic manner. I was fascinated by the multi-step process he used to make the unsightly blemish "disappear." First he cleaned and treated the surface of the leather. Then, custom mixing several leather dyes, he used a small airbrush tool and van-mounted compressor to re-color and blend the stained leather surface. There was no formula to come up with the matching color; Andrew only his eyes and expertise! He added tint and color several times until the result satisfied us both and the repair appeared perfect. I could not have asked for a better outcome. Plus, he took the time to explain to me every step of the process as he worked. I was delighted in every way by his manner, positive attitude, and self confidence in his ability to please his customers. This guy is an artist who really knows his stuff. I would gladly use him again. Two thumbs up!

Looking at the furniture now, you can't even tell they were damaged! The repair was excellent and the color matched perfectly. I could not recommend Andrew and CCI - Leesburg highly enough. From when I first reached out, until the follow up message, the communication from Andrew was excellent, and one of the main reasons I opted to contract him. The plan and quote were both delivered very quickly for my approval. The work was done very quickly, and was extremely high quality. I have received multiple compliments from patients on the quality of craftsmanship. Since it all must be done in-person, Andrew was also very adherent to the current COVID-19 protocols, which I appreciate very much. All of the old material was removed, and taken away. I did not have to deal with any mess, or torn fabric remnants after the installation was finished. After completion, the quote remained very accurate, and payment was very simple and easy. In addition to all of these factors, Andrew himself was pleasant, professional, and is a LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS OWNER. I will always emphasize supporting someone like him. My 5 year old decided to make a small nick in my relatively new (less than 1 year old) beige bonded leather loveseat in my living room much bigger with her finger. I contacted 2 local companies to get an estimate on the repair and only CCI of Northern VA replied promptly with a detailed estimate. One company refused to do the repair and suggested I replace the entire panel. Andrew got back to me quickly, provided so much detail on what the repair would entail, and was extremely responsive over email as we were trying to find an appointment time that would work. He squeezed us in today although he had another appointment in Maryland and I was anxious to get this fixed. He is a truly an artist. My couch looks as good as new, I am pleased beyond words. It was worth EVERY single penny. Andrew is extremely professional, pleasant, and his work speaks for itself. I will be recommending him TO ALL my friends and family.

Thank you Andrew for loving what you do! Andrew did an excellent job fixing our leather sectional couch. I had called several leather repair companies in the area and was advised to buy a new couch instead of repairing it, due to high cost of repair. (This was after sending them the pictures). When I called Andrew and sent him same pictures, he quickly scheduled to come out and inspect the couch. Not only was his price affordable, he painstakingly worked on the sofa set to achieve a perfect desired outcome. On completion of repair, the sofa set turned out much more beautiful than when we purchased it. The most amazing thing was that Andrew followed up with us periodically to inquire about the status of the couch. He went above and beyond the call of duty in rendering us excellent customer service and made great effort in building business relationship. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone who needs leather repair services. You will never go wrong with him!!

Andrew, Thank you for your work and in following up with me!! I left you a text as I had not seen your email yet. I will recommend your company!! Your company and your assistance has been great. Excellent customer service and technical skills were put forth. Definitely a five-star company. The original coffee stain is still there, however, as I mentioned the first tech that [company] assigned to me should have attempted to steam clean it while the stain was fresh and then possibly dye it if appropriate. Instead they made the issue worse. Although they may not have been able to remove the stain entirely, they could have handled the situation much differently. I wish [company] had assigned me to your company first as you were very diligent in trying to schedule an appointment with me, you were very professional, prompt and courtesy in working with me. You also made all professional attempts to remove the stain by cleaning it well and you got rid of most of the dark coloring and black streaks that the first company left. Sometimes despite skill and equipment stains just do not come out!! I knew we had to try and see if the stain could be removed first and I am satisfied with what your company put forth. Again, Thank you for your assistance I will recommend your company!

Andrew from Creative Colors did a fantastic job cleaning, and in fact detailing our 2014 Honda CRV. Andrew came over to our location in his fully equipped Creative Colors Van so we could take advantage of our Interior Seat Cleaning Warrantee. However, when Andrew saw that other parts of the Interior needed attention, such as plastic area's, he just kept going until virtually the entire interior of the vehicle was in "new" condition! Andrew is obviously a perfectionist, he pays very close attention to details, and goes above and beyond to meet the highest possible standard of his industry! Andrew came into the shop one day and noticed that our waiting area sofas were looking rather worn. Previous quotes for refurbishing were outrageous and we would be without them for at least a week. We had been debating on whether to replace them but finding two identical sofas at a reasonable price is hard to do. Andrew came to our rescue, did the work right on premises and was completed in two days! Now the worn sofas look fantastic. We are very pleased with the outcome. Right afterward, a customer commented that she loved the new sofas! Amazing work. Can't say enough good things!

So impressed! I just had Andrew from Creative Colors Int'l out to my home to repair my leather couch, after I set a bowl down on it that took the color out of the leather. I have no idea what could have been on the bottom of the bowl, but it took the color right off! I chose this company on the recommendation of a friend, and the owner Andrew was easy to reach, and offered a prompt appointment time .I was a little concerned because the color is unique, but wow! The whole process took about an hour or so, and I am thoroughly impressed. I would definitely call again and will tell my friends:)”
