These guys and gals were great. Showed up on time, provided timely service, and the quality of service was excellent. I had a passenger shake a glass Starbucks bottle not knowing the lid was cracked soaking my chairs and headliners staining them with coffee and caramel. These guys were able to clean up the mess, like it never happened. Would totally recommend and if needed I know who to call for future repairs!

We have two high quality leather chairs and matching ottomans that had become quite distressed looking. Following up on an Facebook ad from CCI of Silicon Valley, I got an on-site quotation for their restoration. The price was very reasonable and I had the pieces picked up. A week or two later, our pieces were returned in like- new condition. Their appearance was much better than we had anticipated and we couldn't be happier.

Florence and Joe did an amazing job renewing the leather seats and armrests in my car. I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations, instead providing what I hoped for. No one can make it look new again - but they came close! I also appreciate they were willing to travel to my location which is outside of everyone’s service area. My toddler drew on our buff-colored club chairs with permanent marker. I thought they were beyond saving, but found the CCI Silicon Valley team online in a last-ditch effort to keep good quality chairs from going to the landfill. I was given a quote and decided to proceed with cleaning, repair and recolor. Communication was timely, I was given progress updates, and they even came back to my home with a cushion midway through the process to verify that the new, darker color was to my liking. I'm 100% satisfied, and will definitely have them back to maintain my beautiful-again chairs!

Joe and his wife revived my almost 15 year old couches, I had not cared for them since new and it showed, they had to work extra hard to get them to look new again, they also took care of some other pieces in my house and for the first time everything is protected, they saved me thousands of dollars and were always very understanding and positive, would recommend them to anyone needing to restore leather, no matter how old it is, they are local and NEVER feel happy unless you are satisfied, great people indeed

Joe and Florence did an amazing job with my sofa! I had dog damage and was just looking to repair scratches and a hole to the leather sofa. They repaired the hole and restored the sofa to a beautiful state. Way exceeded my expectations. For a very reasonable price, they repaired the damage, dyed the sofa and treated it to make the look almost new. They probably saved me $6K. They were professional, pleasant and great to work with. Highly recommend!!!!!

My FAVORITE white couch was ripped while moving from NC to CA. Honestly, I was devastated until I found CCI. I mean what a life saver. Joe and Florence came to my home repaired 11 little rips and tears on my couch. It took them about 4-5 hours and they even worked repeatedly (same day) until they color matched perfectly. They were extremely professional and I will use them in the future for any leather needs I have. Also, they have skills in repairing Bonded Leather as well but it needs to be in good shape.
