No, photos are optional. Adding a few does help us assess the damage accurately, and uploading photos with your request expedites your quote.

Can everything be repaired?

Most things can. Our restoration services salvage some of the most damaged items, and in many cases we successfully restore pieces damaged by fire or water to a like-new condition. Your local technician will confirm what is possible once they have assessed the item.

How long does it take to get a quote?

Your request is forwarded to your nearest Creative Colors International location, and you can expect a response by email, phone or text within 48 hours.

Do you come to my location?

Yes. We are a mobile service, so our technicians carry out repairs at your home, office or vehicle and you save the time of arranging transport. We are available in 70+ locations nationwide.

Is repair cheaper than replacement?

Usually, yes. Restoring an item rather than replacing it can save up to 90% of the cost of replacement.

What types of damage can you repair?

We eliminate fading, tears, rips, scrapes, gouges, scratches and scuffs across leather, vinyl, plastic and fabric. In many cases we can also restore items damaged by fire or water.
