I had two rips in my leather seat on a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze. On the side where the seam is. Nothing that I ever thought could be repaired. My body shop gave me Kathy's number. We just had two leather chairs restored. We had left them in front of a window for 10 years, and the chairs had bleached out to nearly white in some places. David and Noah did a nice job restoring our chairs to their former beautiful glory! The process was really easy, as they came to our home, arriving on time, and they promptly went to work, moving the chairs to the garage from which they did all of the restoration work. The thing that really impressed us was that they kept checking with us throughout the work to make sure that we were all in agreement on the process and what we expected. I had a small tear or crack on my back seat of my 2016 CRV Touring.car Didn’t know how it got there. I purchase a protection package agreement from the dealer for the upholstery to protect from sun. But it didn’t cover. It was going to cost $1,061.00 to repair at the dealer. Your representative Zack repair the crack or tear in just less than an hour. I couldn’t tell where the crack on the upholstery was anymore. I was so happy and impressed with his work. I highly recommend this company and their work.

I had a need to re-cover a set of seat and sundeck cushions on my nearly 20 year old pontoon boat. I was referred to a Noblesville, IN location of Creative Colors International, though I soon understood that my actual servicing would be handled through the South Bend/Ft. Wayne, Indiana location. In short order I was put in touch with Rich Gaspelin, the Upholstery Manager there, through whom I had received a job quote. Before I could even deliver the cushions, I had to modify my request to secure a fitted slip cover section for the stern sundeck section, since I couldn't remove it. I sent Rich a dimensional drawing of the sundeck, to see if he could make a fitted slip cover section for it, that I could then staple in place locally. When I went to install the tailored sundeck covering, I became aware of the stitched corners (one pair boxed/one pair rounded) that they had crafted, that saved me a lot of gathering on those corners when I stapled the slipcover on. While I worried about the drawing and dimensions that I sent you to work from, the resulting tailored covering 'fit like a glove'. Many thanks to Rich and his crew. He and his guys definitely have some stellar skills! I would recommend them to anyone I know.

The appointment set up was just as fast, they offered the same day but the next morning worked better for me. Jon and his team are simply amazing. Creative Colors has a magnitude of services that simple cannot be understated. They repair almost any materials inside your automobile. Color match to perfection. They can clean and sanitize the inside of your automobile. Polish the headlight capsules so you can see at night. They do so much more but what is most important is they care and they take their time and do a great job. I own auto repair shops in the area and Jon has repaired and restored so many interiors for us. From removing a pink stain on a leather seat to painting and repairing interior nicks scratches and faded out dash boards. Excellent customer service and technical skills were put forth. Definitely a five-star company. The original coffee stain is still there, however, as I mentioned the first tech that [company] assigned to me should have attempted to steam clean it while the stain was fresh and then possibly dye it if appropriate. Instead they made the issue worse. Although they may not have been able to remove the stain entirely, they could have handled the situation much differently. I wish [company] had assigned me to your company first as you were very diligent in trying to schedule an appointment with me, you were very professional, prompt and courtesy in working with me. You also made all professional attempts to remove the stain by cleaning it well and you got rid of most of the dark coloring and black streaks that the first company left. Sometimes despite skill and equipment stains just do not come out!! I knew we had to try and see if the stain could be removed first and I am satisfied with what your company put forth. Again, Thank you for your assistance I will recommend your company!

Creative Colors of SE Michigan did an OUTSTANDING job on repairing the leather seat's of my Lincoln Towncar which had previously sat at the beach in "sun soaked" Florida. Jon did an amazing job and saved me Hundreds of dollars fixing a hole in my wife's Buick Enclave that I accidently put there -- it was a small hole in the driver's seat back and to make it even more complicated the leather has tiny pin-holes for the heated seats. Hi, I worked with Warren from your Pennsylvania office near Philadelphia. They came down almost a hundred miles to repair my vinyl in the kitchen which the refrigerator movers tore when installing our new french door fridge. Warren and his "vinyl guy" worked a couple of hours to install a patch and seal it, then worked up a matching color for the seams. I am completely happy with this patch and want everyone to know how pleased I am with this work. We are planning on putting the house on the market within the next year and knew the "patch" the installer put in would be a sales detractor. Not anymore! Here's a before and after. It's a brand new car, interior leather and vinyl parts from the dealership cost over $6000.00. What Jon did instead cost me less than 15% of new parts cost. It's not perfect and this is only my first day since the repairs, but I'm pleased about the quality too. You can see some of the repairs if you look for them. But it's pretty nice work. I'll be curious how well the repairs hold up. Jon offers a one year warranty but claims he'll be flexible with his customers if there are issues. I believe him... I'd recommend Jon's expertise for this type of issue.

I’m a veteran and amputee ( refuse to use the term “disabled”). I still work for a living, I’m not looking for sympathy. I was filling my van with gas at the King Soopers gas station in Boulder Colorado. A young lady pulled up to the pump behind me and pumped gas into one of your “Wecanfixthat.com” vans. I’m guessing she works for a local affiliate of your company, probably Longmont, but it’s possible she could have been from one of your other affiliates. As she was preparing to leave, she came up behind me and surprised me by thanking me for my service (I was wearing a Navy ballcap, and have US Navy on my license plates). I was stunned, to say the least. Then she said the least she could do was to pay for my gas. Then she turned and got back in her van and left For me, that young woman left a lasting impression of the type of employees you have in this area. I had never heard of your company before, and had she not thanked me, I would never have noticed the corporate website on the van. I very much appreciate what she did, but I want you to know that I will donate that cost of gas to the USO, in the name of your company. I hope that young woman continues to do your company proud. I can't say enough about Jon Kleck's work. My ten year old Lexus has endured torturous abuse from my kids car seats, crayolas, hair pins, pens, spills and medly of other damaging actions. They traveled to my residence, and did the repair work in a little under two hrs and the cost was very reasonable(much cheaper than replacing the seat, or having the entire section of leather replaced). I would highly recommend their services.

Extremely pleased with everything related to this company/franchisee. I never used or heard of this company before, and after a brief internet search, I found a CCI repair service in my area. The repair was difficult at best as the damage was severe. Large hole in seat section of chaise, was repaired at my house which made it most convenient for me the customer. Initial call to company was answered by the owner, (on a Saturday) and after I sent a photo of the damage, a verbal estimate was given. I expected the cost to increase once on site and the owner, Warren remained at the original estimate, despite the substantial damage. The repair was made within several days of the original call, and the finish was better than I could have ever hoped for,(a large repair patch was necessary). After the damaged area was stabilized, the patch was not only stitched in place but also epoxied for a lasting repair, stained to match, primer applied, and two top coats of sealer/finish applied. Much more than I expected to say the least. Franchise owner, Warren was responsive, polite and extremely professional. Will most definitely use again as well as recommend to friends and family. Based on the great job this shop did with my vinyl repair a couple of weeks ago, I had them work on my leather seats. I attempted to rejuvenate the leather myself with a Leatherique treatment, which worked great on the areas that weren't damaged, but actually made the areas that had excessive wear, stains, and color-loss a lot worse. Matt again came to my garage and repaired the rips, fixed the broken piping, and dyed the seats. They look like new now and are a perfect match to the rest of the interior. The total price was right on estimate, much cheaper than other shops quoted and about a tenth of what new upholstery would have been. It doesn't get better than this!

I am very satisfied with the job Creative Colors International of Central Ohio did on my collectable car. I had taken it to numerous shops with good reviews and reputations but found some were either unable or unwilling to provide an estimate for repairs, while others wanted the car in their shops for multiple days. CCI got me scheduled quickly, came to where my car was, worked efficiently and did a superb job. Large cracks in plastic and vinyl were repaired without a trace. The two techs (Matt & Chris) were professional and eager to get the job done to my satisfaction. I couldn't recommend them more highly. I've already referred some friends to them.

Hi I have 2008 Honda Accord EX having leather seats worn a bit at several places with majorly on driver seat. I also have driver hand rest top was torn at two places. I have spoken with Jon and get a quote and got the work going. To my surprise he has done an amazing job with hand rest (replaced to a new top cover and perfectly matched with my leather seat and switches like original), restoration of driver seat. Best part of the story: There was a miscommunication of what my expectation vs what parts will be restored. When I brought this to his attention he mentioned as what work he has quoted for. But later he has fixed them by coming next day. I will say this he doesn't have to do this but he has come back and fixed them tells how great a professional he is. I have paid less money comparatively as I was in budget but he has done work to a full detail. I would recommend Jon to anyone without a blink not because he came back and fixed again. His initial work itself is outstanding. I would have written same review even without next day restoration work. Above all his attitude is excellent, patience is amazing. You will rarely find this kind of professional who care about work than money. For them its all about doing right. PS: I rarely write reviews but I was compelled to write this and he is deserved to be heard for his work.

I never knew one could do this. I was ready to throw the couch away until Jon did his magic. He stitched up an area that was completely open to the core of the couch. You would never know now!
