CELEBRATING ALL SKILLED TRADE WORKERS OUT THERE

To all the welders, electricians, plumbers and HVAC repair technicians…

To all the semi drivers, automotive mechanics, and service advisors…

YOU have already proven you have what it takes to be SUCCESSFUL.

YOU already have proven problem-solving skills. YOU already understand time management. YOU already have shown customer service and people skills. And maybe most importantly, YOU have shown persistence.

Now, Creative Colors International would like to ask you if you are seeing the benefits of all those skills?

CCI – Where Family Meets Freedom

At Creative Colors International, we already have franchisees and technicians from nearly every background and skill set as part of the CCI family. Some have high school diplomas, others have PhDs. Some have sales backgrounds while others have technical backgrounds. What do they all have in common? They are all motivated and dedicated folks who have taken advantage of our business model that offers better benefits/ income opportunities and unlimited potential for growth.

Take current CCI Franchise owner Andy McCoy for example.

McCoy was a highly skilled tradesman before frustration got him to consider self-employment. “I worked as an auto mechanic, working in shops,” McCoy says. The hours were long; the stress was high. “I just got tired of working for other people. I managed a lot of shops and I just thought, ‘If I am going to put in these kinds of hours and run the place, I might as well be doing this for myself!’”

What Skilled Trade Workers Are Seeking

Andy McCoy is like a lot of skilled workers — he wanted something more, and he found it with Creative Colors International. In fact, CCI offers two of the most common desires of the American worker:

  1. Unlimited Earning Potential
  2. Freedom and Flexibility of Hours

Former auto mechanic McCoy found both with his Creative Colors International franchise. “You’ll work hard to get started, but it’s very lucrative once you get it going,” McCoy told us. He now says the best thing about being self-employed is having the freedom to do what he wants to do with his family.

Freedom was the key for former truck driver Les Wells. Wells has been a technician with the CCI franchise in Jacksonville, Florida, for the past 17 years. “I like the freedom of it, but I also like that if I want a raise, I go pick up another account. If I want to take next week off and make a little more money for a trip, I work a little more this week,” Wells explains.

YOU Can Find It With CCI

At Creative Colors International, we like to say, “You will be in business for yourself, but not by yourself.” It’s true. For over thirty years CCI has been giving people just like you the opportunity to get into our lucrative repair and restoration business and really change their lives.

You don’t need automotive experience; we fully train each certified technician and franchisee in every aspect of our repair and restoration business.
